Woman killed in Orr Street shooting identified; suspect arrested

RICHLAND CO., S.C. (WOLO) – The Richland County Coroner has identified a woman who was shot and killed by her acquaintance on Sunday. Coroner Naida Rutherford says Barbara Dinkins, 48, of Columbia, died from her wounds. Columbia Police say her acquaintance, Elijah Lindsay, shot and killed her at a home on Orr Street.
