The students in the blockade said that the fall of the University of Belgrade on the Shanghai list cannot be attributed to them, the professors and the blockades, but the responsibility for the results of domestic science should be sought in the multi-year policy of insufficient investment, the reduction of professors' time for scientific work and problems in financing scientific projects.
