Student sit-in at Vanderbilt over Israel-divestment vote ends Wednesday, students arrested

Vanderbilt University students began protesting Tuesday after an amendment to the Vanderbilt Student Government Constitution was removed from a student ballot. More than two dozen students entered the halls of Vanderbilt Chancellor Daniel Diermeier's office to hold a sit-in around 9 a.m. Tuesday. Three students who sat in the Chancellor's office were arrested for assault and bodily injury to another.
