These are students who have not progressed in their studies at the pace required by Kela and have not responded to Kela's request for clarification. Approximately 3,000 students will lose their study grant, according to a press release from the Finnish Social Insurance Institution (Kela). They have not progressed in their studies at a sufficient pace.
