SpaceX sends 23 more Starlink satellites into orbit in Falcon 9 launch from Florida

Summary by Ground News
SpaceX wants to orbit some second-generation Starlink satellites between 340 to 360 kilometers from Earth. That's about 200 kilometers (124 miles) below their planned orbits. If granted, the company would then be able to orbit the satellites at the 300km orbits, in addition to the existing 500km altitudes. Other companies have argued to the FCC that the Starlink technology could create radio interference.
