The GOVERNMENT announces changes to the Law on Inclusive Allowance for 2027 and faster expertise, and rejects SDP's proposal due to a lack of budget funds.

The government proposes to the Parliament to reject the SDP amendments because the funds for their implementation have not been secured. At the same time, it announces its own amendments in early 2027 and a new law that should speed up expert assessments and the exercise of the rights of persons with disabilities
The Government emphasizes that during the evaluation process, the Ministry will consider in detail all proposals for amendments to the Law received since its entry into force in 2024.
