A new green lung of 16,800 sq m is being created in Kalamaria, with the concession of the old Tobacco Warehouses to the Municipality for 25+10 years, following a decision by the Minister of Rural Development Margaritis Schinas.
The Municipality of Kalamaria is putting into motion the development of an area of approximately 17-18 acres, in the area of the former Tobacco Warehouses, after its concession by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food. The signing of the protocol took place at the Kalamaria City Hall
