Adolf Hitler's childhood home in Braunau am Inn, Austria, was tagged on Google Maps with the number 88, a well-known neo-Nazi code. After Google intervened, the manipulation was removed, but the case sparked considerable controversy and once again highlighted the problem of abuse in online maps, reports the German newspaper Der Spiegel.
