rtl.nlRichard R. (52), alias Rico de Chileen, was arrested in his cell on Tuesday for attempted incitement to incite two liquidations. His lawyer confirmed the AD's reporting on this on Friday. On Tuesday, the Court of Appeal sentenced him to thirteen years in prison for leading a criminal organization that committed liquidations, traded in drugs and laundered money.
