SB 3 passed by Texas Senate, growing concerns for future of West Campus smoke shops

Senate Bill 3, which would ban all non-medical hemp-derived cannabis products statewide, passed the Texas Senate on March 19.  The Texas House of Representatives still needs to approve the bill by June 2, and it would need to be signed into law by Gov.
