The Public Prosecution Service of Aruba has decided to transfer the entire file regarding the disappearance of Natalee Holloway to the Public Prosecution Service in Amsterdam. This step follows after Natalee's mother recently filed a complaint of murder and/or manslaughter against Joran van der Sloot (38) in the Netherlands. The Public Prosecution Service announced this in a press release.
