Teodoro Torres, Juan Muñoz, Alexis Guzmán and Samuel Morales were linked to trial for crimes against police in protest over water.
The four men arrested during Sunday's demonstration in front of Casa Jalisco were linked to the trial, although they may face the charges at large, confirmed the Justice Center for Peace and Development (Cepad).
