PP and Sumar agree on two initiatives in Congress without counting on the Socialist Party

The group led by Vice President Yolanda Díaz has agreed with the popular - apart from the Socialist Party, although they say it was aware - to give the green light to the admission for processing of an initiative so that Congress must authorize new defense missions abroad and the shipment of weapons.
