'Poblacion Girl' facing charges for skipping COVID-19 quarantine

In a resolution dated April 29, the prosecution office found probable cause to charge Chua with violation of Section 9 of RA No. 11332 for defying the mandatory quarantine when she arrived from the United States. Also included in the indictment is Esteban Gatbonton, a security guard of the Berjaya Hotel who allegedly assisted Chua's "escape" from the quarantine facility.
