The Hellenic Police (ELAS) has released a video of the Pizza Fan criminal organization's modus operandi. The footage shows how orders were processed through the system and receipts were not issued through the hacked software.
A criminal organization linked to the Pizza Fan chain of stores was dismantled by the ELAS, which allegedly implemented a tax evasion mechanism through special ordering software with the "treat" function. 23 people were arrested in the case and 109 others were identified, while the estimated financial loss to the State exceeds 35 million euros and the hidden taxable amount exceeds 150 million euros.
