Thirty-six wasted years: PM blames predecessors as drought exposes climate failures
The previous political elite deliberately neglected climate protection and climate change, the Prime Minister said on Monday in a pre-agenda address to the National Assembly. Péter Magyar announced that in August of this year, 28 percent more water is being retained in Hungary than a year ago.
As well as preparing the steps necessary to avoid climate catastrophe, the Prime Minister said.
