Oracle Is Offering Small Businesses $12,000 a Year in Cloud Credits. Here’s How to Apply
Oracle says the bundle pairs cloud credits with ChatGPT Business, Codex and NetSuite tools to help small firms build apps and manage operations.
On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Oracle unveiled new Fusion Claw-powered agentic applications in Las Vegas, utilizing a governed execution runtime to perform specialist-grade work including deep research, computation, and continuous modeling.
Fusion Claw enables these applications to reason, compute, and adapt, allowing organizations to handle complex, high-value tasks at scale while maintaining strict adherence to established organizational policies and security controls.
Built into Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, the suite includes tools like Supply Planning Allocation and Account Territory Growth Plan, which coordinate end-to-end work such as optimizing transportation plans and aligning sales territories with growth opportunities.
Kartik Raghavan, senior vice president, Applications Development, Oracle, said, "Business leaders need to turn growth strategies into opportunities and deliver on customer commitments." The applications connect customer needs with enterprise resources, enabling demand fulfillment.
These applications anchor a broader Fusion AI ecosystem supported by Oracle AI Agent Studio. Future adoption will determine how quickly organizations integrate these tools while maintaining enterprise security and operational oversight.
