Omnichat Raises US$10M Series A Led by Openspace Capital to Scale AI Agent Platform and Drive Global Expansion
The funding will help Omnichat expand its agentic AI platform and deploy chat-based tools for marketing, sales and customer service around the clock.
On Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, Omnichat announced a US$10 million Series A funding round led by Openspace Capital, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures.
Helping 5,000 clients generate over US$100 million in revenue, Omnichat unifies marketing, sales, and customer support to transition businesses from traditional messaging to AI-driven commerce.
Brands have adopted the new agents quickly; around 300 adopted the OmniClaw tool within two months of its June launch, with AI agents resolving customer enquiries 24/7 across WhatsApp, LINE, and Instagram.
"This Series A marks an important step as we transition from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce," said Alan Chan, Founder and CEO of Omnichat.
Expanding on its operational footprint across the Asia Pacific, Omnichat will deploy the capital to scale its market presence globally and deepen R&D on its AI agent platform.
