Minister will not repeal the relaxation of the transgender law, despite the wishes of the House of Representatives

The House of Representatives does not want the transgender law to be expanded. A motion by NSC and SGP to withdraw an earlier proposal to expand the law passed by a narrow majority on Tuesday. However, it does not appear that enlargement will actually be stopped. Outgoing Minister Franc Weerwind (Legal Protection) is not going to implement the motion, he says.
