President Nicousor Dan has sent Parliament, for reconsideration, the Law for the completion of Article 561 of OUG 57/2007 on the regime of protected natural areas, the conservation of natural habitats, wild flora and fauna, and for the amendment of Article 5(1) of Law No 292/2018 on the assessment of the impact of certain public and private projects on the environment.
