NASA releases images of DART collision with asteroid

Summary by Ground News
The James Webb Space Telescope and the Hubble Space Telescope captured images of the moment when the Double Asteroid Redirection Test, or DART, crashed into an asteroid. The observatories were both witness to humanity's first test of asteroid deflection technology. The Webb and Hubble images can be used to learn more about the surface of Dimorphos, which had never been seen before.
