Anyone who follows European football has undoubtedly heard of Sheriff Tiraspol. The Moldovan club has been a regular fixture in the Champions' preliminary rounds or the Europa League in recent years, but this season it had a sour end. The club remained undefeated for the entire season, but the title went to the team that finished the regular season in fifth place.
Milsami Orhei is the new champion of the Republic of Moldova at football. After a ten-year break, the "red volleyballs" re-tried into Super League, adding the second title to the club's palmares.
"Many reds" have picked up the title after they remigrated with Sheriff Tiraspol in the last phase of the second phase of Superligi. The team trained by Igor Picusic needed at least one remix to become a sample result.
