In response to several days of attacks by the Russian Armed Forces, mainly in the capital region and slightly less than in other areas, the Government of Ukraine has developed a new system of alerts and reactions to air alarms.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Wednesday, September 2, that the country will update its alert systems and introduce two levels of danger, yellow and red.
