The incident took place on 12 February on a train from Vitebsk to Minsk, which was scheduled to arrive at the capital at 18:56 p.m., but was finally delayed because of a conflict between the passengers: one of them stabbed another in the neck. The man survived. Six months later, the Minsk Regional Court ruled on the case.
A 45-year-old man was cut in the neck with a knife after a physical dispute at Hell’s Kitchen. Police are looking for a suspect.
