Man Charged with Stealing Streetlamps and Lanterns Worth £1m Appears in Court

- District Judge Alan Thorn told the defendant the allegations were "too serious for me to deal with here" and sent the case to St Albans Crown Court for a September 2 hearing.
- Released on conditional bail, Sullivan must obey a 22:00 to 07:00 BST curfew and cannot "touch or interact in any way with a streetlight equipment or lamp" without owner permission.
