The investigation against four adolescents linked to the case of alleged sexual rape of a student of the Naval Lyceum of San Borja was filed by the Seventh Provincial Prosecutor's Office of the Family of Lima Centro.
The judicial provision clarifies that the investigative acts and evidence collected to date failed to demonstrate the involvement of these young people in the alleged crime against sexual freedom to the detriment of the victim.
The minors were witnesses to the case and remained at large while investigating the alleged assault on one of their companions. Following the fiscal decision, they will not face any restrictions.
