After the summer holidays, every first-grader child has a right to full-day care. However, the West German states lag behind in the implementation, except for Hamburg.
At the beginning of school, there will be a full-day care offer everywhere in Lower Saxony, says the Minister of Education Julia Willie Hamburg (Greens).
