Law enforcement in Lawrence County soon to be dispatched directly from 911 calls

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office is officially transitioning its emergency services dispatch to 911 dispatch. According to LCSO, starting Dec. 2, residents will no longer need to call the sheriff's office directly for law enforcement assistance.
