The Center for Restructuring and Sales (CERP) has finally officially confirmed that the offer from the Turkish shipyard Kuzey Star has been selected for the purchase of the Pula shipyard. The offer from the Luxembourg fund Mira Finance Capital Holding is said to have been deemed invalid because the payment for the seriousness of the offer, in the amount of slightly less than 111,000 euros, was not recorded in the CERP account.
