Kayo price rises on the cards after Foxtel’s $520 million rights deal

Foxtel added only 20,000 Kayo subscribers last year, and the service has raised prices four times since 2022 as broadcast costs climb.

Foxtel is looking for an extra $250 million a year to pay the NRL, after agreeing to a record sports broadcast deal. Hiking prices is one option on the table.
