Kat Florence announced an expanded collection of ultra-luxury, all-inclusive experience layers arriving this month at her Elora retreat, described as a new era of bespoke hospitality.
Having invested millions to restore the 1848 limestone building, the hotel said Florence approaches spaces like rare gemstones, shaping its spa and design philosophy in Elora, ON.
Dec. 18 marked the debut of the infinity-style Patisserie led by Chef Marc Collyer, who hand-churns pastries using expensive ingredients and ferments croissants for 3 days.
The hotel stays intentionally small with a maximum of 14 guests and a staff-to-guest ratio above the North American luxury hotel average of 10:1, while every booking includes suite-delivered breakfast baskets, Veuve Clicquot, Rolls Royce & Bentley chauffeur service, and a dedicated personal concierge.
The private Nordic Wellness Spa offers a cedar sauna, hot pool, cold-plunge circuit, firepit lounge, sound bath therapy, and steam-and-ice treatments, with in-suite massages set to include a La Mer renewal oil ritual from January.
