The international trade fair for agriculture opened this weekend in Paris. A very important event for the Corsican sectors, represented in the center of a Corsican village that will have cost 650,000 euros this year. At the heart of the regional pavilion, an educational restaurant is set up with kitchens, trainees from the AFPA Corsica.
