A New Jersey woman who collapsed during the 2025 New York State Bar Examination at Hofstra University is suing New York state and its Board of Law Examiners, alleging delays in emergency medical care left her with a permanent brain injury after proctors continued the exam instead of immediately responding to her medical crisis. New York Post reported.
