‘Indefensible.’ EEOC sues Charlotte-area company: Pregnant worker fired, miscarried

The EEOC says the employee was denied accommodations and fired after missing work for pregnancy-related care, then later miscarried.

The federal agency is asking the court to order financial compensation for the former employee and to ensure the company prevents future discrimination.
