In northern Kosovo, mayors are deciding the fate of four people in a predominantly Serbian audience.

There's a referendum going on in four predominantly Serb-majority communities in northern Kosovo right now, and the voters are deciding whether or not to dissolve the mayors, all of whom were elected in April last year as part of Kosovo's Albanian majority, and the success of that vote is inconceivable, because the ruling party of the Kosovo Serbs, the Serbian Left, has called for a boycott of that referendum.
