Governor Brad Little to Run for 3rd Term
Governor Brad Little has raised nearly $1.5 million from Idahoans and businesses for his re-election campaign with President Trump's endorsement.
- In Boise, the governor announced his decision to run for re-election Tuesday, saying President Donald Trump supports his campaign.
- Earlier this year, Little introduced the ENDURING IDAHO plan and said he remains focused on delivering results while the campaign will formally kick off after the legislative session ends.
- To date, the campaign has raised $1.5 million across all 44 counties, and `I am continually humbled by the support we receive for our vision and campaign`, said Governor Little.
- The Secretary of State's database lists several other candidates, including Republican and Democratic entrants, with the filing deadline ending at 5 p.m. MT on February 27.
- If reelected, Idaho Governor Brad Little would be the fourth governor in state history to serve three terms and only the third consecutively, as the campaign noted he set the 2022 fundraising record.
