PM: Tradition of knowledge essential in elevating people's dignity

In his message on the occasion of the International Day of Disabled Persons, the President of the Association for Disabled Sports - Slovak Paralympic Committee, Damijan Lazar, points out that there are still many obstacles that prevent the development of parasports. Above all, there are no suitable conditions for para-athletes, but they will succeed, because para-sport is very hardy, in my opinion.
