Charleswood neighbours demand action on short-term rental after years of trouble

Neighbours in Charleswood want the City of Winnipeg to tighten its rules for short-term rental properties after a series of police raids and other disturbing incidents over the last two years, but the owners say they've co-operated with investigations and have been the target of false complaints.
