The Government plans to limit the duration of compensation for long-term sick leave.
The Ministry of Health has decided to tackle the abuse of sick leave. In particular, "medical nomadism" and patients who consult different doctors to multiply the prescriptions, as it announced on Thursday 10 September.
On Thursday, 10 September, the executive announced the publication, by Monday, of two decrees aimed at reducing the maximum period of compensation for long sentences and penalising abusive short sentences.
Mild depression, musculoskeletal disorders... The government will limit the maximum duration of work stoppages to French people with certain conditions from three to one year.
