DCU’s Mister Miracle Series Just Cast Its Big Barda & Scott Free Actors

DC Studios co-CEO Peter Safran confirmed that Josh Hutcherson will voice Scott Free and Mackenzie Davis will star as Big Barda in the upcoming Mister Miracle animated series.
Showrunner Tom King adapted his award-winning eight-episode comic run for the series, which explores survival amid life's unanswerable questions. King remains "constantly in touch, building the whole thing."
In an IGN interview, Safran expressed excitement for the project, calling it "a beautiful story" and confirming "the adaptation is fantastic" for the high-profile animated production.
Other animated titles like Creature Commandos Season Two, Lanterns, and Absolute Batman have progressed significantly in development, joining Mister Miracle on the studio's expanding slate.
Plans for the "coming soon" series reflect DC Studios' commitment to using television and animation as essential tools for introducing new characters beyond traditional feature films.
