Police in eastern Texas are trying to identify the woman who is the final unidentified victim of convicted murderer Keith Jesperson, also known as the “Happy Face Killer.” Police say Jesperson picked the woman up in Texas and then murdered her in southern California. KJAC’s Ebony Jackson reports.
