The Black8Mirror hacker group, which has targeted the Russian state apparatus, has released a new, bizarre revelation. These are documents from Mikhail Babich, deputy head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation. Most notable among them is Babich's correspondence with Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
