The World Trade Organization (WTO) will play a "limited role" in future global trade policies, after the Fourteenth Ministerial Conference (CM14) concluded without reaching an agreement to extend the moratorium on customs duties on electronic transmissions, preventing progress on the US-led reform agenda, said US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer.
