The law allowing motorcyclists and mopedists to use joint transport bands and to legally advance between cars stopped at the traffic light has been officially promulgated.
Motorcycle and moped drivers will have the right to circulate on the bands dedicated to the circulation of means of transport in common, according to a draft legislation now promulgated by the head of state. After the publication of the law, the Government has 60 days to adopt the rules for the application of the measure.
