The body that was found on August 16 by a group of hikers in a cave in Mogan belongs to a 61-year-old woman who resided in a sub-housing near the GC-500 road. The Civil Guard has taken charge of the investigation to find out if she was killed or accidentally died, as next to the body there was a bloody stone next to the head.

A stone was found on the woman's head and she was found to have serious head injuries. The body of a woman was found in a ravine on Gran Canaria, Spain, in mid-August, reports Canarian Weekly. Investigators are treating the case as a possible homicide. Passersby found the body on August 16 in the Cañada de los Gatos ravine in Mogán, in the south of the island.
