On September 3rd, Brazil will lose the ability to export animals and their products to the European Union, a European Commission spokeswoman confirmed to RMF FM. At the same time, an EU audit is underway in Brazil, which could pave the way for Brazilian poultry and honey to be re-admitted to the EU market. As RMF FM learned, the audit will end on September 4th, after the ban takes effect.
