Former MHA Kevin Parsons Passes Away

A former member of the House of Assembly has passed away. Kevin Parsons, a former mayor of Flatrock, represented Cape St. Francis for three terms. He first went to the legislature in a by-election under the PC banner in 2008, to fill the vacancy left by the passing of former MHA Jack Byrne.
