Firmdale Hotels report record £232m turnover
EBITDA rose 5.1% to £33 million as the hotel group expanded in London and New York and kept investing in new properties.
Firmdale reported record turnover of £232 million for the financial year ending 31st January 2026, a 5.3% increase. Chairman Tim Kemp said he was "delighted to report another record year."
Group Earnings Before Interest, Tax and Depreciation rose 5.1% to £33 million, while conversion of hotel revenues to Gross Profit improved to 46.1%, reflecting operational strength.
Firmdale operates 11 luxury hotels in London and New York with over 1,840 employees and received recognition in The Sunday Times Best Places for 2024 and 2025.
Future expansion includes the Bedford Place Hotel, expected to open in 2027 as the group's 9th London property, plus a freehold site acquired on Shoreditch High Street in May 2025.
Trading into 2026 continues to perform well in London and New York, while the group maintains property assets exceeding £1.2 billion and cash balances of £29.0 million.
