Epidemiologists warn the U.S. reaches a critical moment to contain monkeypox

Summary by Ground News

The World Health Organization declared the outbreak a public health emergency over the weekend. As of Friday afternoon, the CDC had reported 2,891 cases of monkeypox in the U.S., a number more than 10 times higher than a month ago.
