Enrique Milla Ortiz, 58, died after falling from a stairway while installing political propaganda in the Las Esmeraldas jiron in El Augustino. Cameras recorded that the worker holding the structure moved away to take a panel, which would have caused the fall.
The worker fell from a ladder while placing a proselitist banner in favor of Podemos, party of the current mayor of El Augustino. According to video surveillance cameras, the victim did not have any security measures
